To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on vip55, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This age restriction applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, organisations, or individuals acting as agents of third parties are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned, or suspended from the vip55 platform for any breach of these Terms.
• You must not be a current or former employee, officer, director, agent, contractor, or close family member of any of the above, of vip55 or any affiliated entities.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your location.
• You must not have a self-exclusion order in place — whether through vip55 directly or through any third-party responsible gambling programme.

vip55 reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any of the above eligibility conditions at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (Malaysian MyKad, passport), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each eligible person may register one Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to update this information promptly should any of it change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. vip55 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

• Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account protection.
• Contact vip55 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

vip55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account at any time, including requesting additional documentation to verify identity, address, or source of funds. Members who fail to cooperate with such requests within a reasonable timeframe may have their accounts suspended until review is complete.

vip55 supports a comprehensive range of deposit methods designed specifically for Malaysian members, including FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, as well as cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the return of funds and potential account suspension. This policy applies regardless of whether the third party consents to the use of their payment method.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is MYR 30 for most channels.

• The currency of account for all Malaysian members is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and verified through the KYC process. vip55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, vip55 requires all members to complete the standard KYC verification process, which includes submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad or passport) and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 for most payment channels.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours.
• Withdrawal processing times may vary depending on the Member's bank or e-wallet provider's own clearing timelines.
• Real Money Funds (non-bonus deposits) may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC completion, without wagering requirement.
• Bonus Funds and winings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn upon full satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements within the specified bonus validity window.
• vip55 reserves the right to conduct enhanced checks on withdrawal requests exceding MYR 10,000 or those that trigger AML monitoring thresholds.

vip55 reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where reasonable grounds exist to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms — including undischarged wagering requirements, multiple account violations, or pending identity verification.

vip55 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, VIP loyalty rewards, and special event promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published at the time the promotion is made available and should be read carefully before claiming.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the promotion-specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• A maximum bet cap — typically betweenMYR 250 and MYR 500 per bet — applies when wagering with active Bonus Funds.ets exceeding this cap may result in bonus forfeiture and cancellation of associated winnings.
• Bonuses are subject to a validity window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of crediting). Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements not completed within this window will be forfeited without notice.
• Game contribution rates vary by product type. Slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10–20%. Check promotion-specific terms for exact contribution rates.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. Players are responsible for verifying bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vip55 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account (whether personally or through another individual acting on your behalf).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vip55, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if vip55 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Losses arising from temporary Platform unavailability, technical interruptions, server downtime, maintenance windows, or third-party service failures.
• Losses arising from any delay in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment processors, including FPX, DuitNow, e-wallet providers, or banking institutions.
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information, data, or content provided on the Platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, vip55's total liability in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit vip55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Termination by Member: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, vip55 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Funds (excluding uncleared Bonus Funds) will be returned to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal procedures.

Termination by vip55: vip55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of:

• Any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• Actions that vip55 reasonably considers may cause legal, regulatory, or reputational harm to the Platform.

In the event of termination for cause (e.g., fraud, prohibited conduct, or Terms breach), vip55 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, including Real Money Funds, pending the outcome of any investigation. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to vip55's jurisdiction of operation.

In the event of any dispute between you and vip55 arising from your use of the Platform, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team with full details of your complaint. Our team will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 5 business days of receipt. If a resolution cannot be reached through this initial process, the dispute may be escalated through the formal complaints procedure outlined in the Platform's Complaints Policy.

vip55's decision regarding any dispute related to game outcomes, bet settlements, or bonus calculations shall be final, binding, and non-appealable, except where vip55 determines in its sole discretion to review a decision.

vip55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time.
